Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service:
    1. Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
    2. Fulfil customer orders accurately and efficiently.
    3. Assist customers with menu selections, special promotions, and customization options.
  2. Order Delivery:
    1. Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food orders to customers.
    2. Verify order accuracy and address any discrepancies or special requests.
    3. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and cashier to coordinate order fulfilment.
  3. Upselling:
    1. Suggest additional items, promotions, or upgrades to enhance the customer's experience.
    2. Familiarize yourself with the menu to make relevant recommendations.
  4. Customer Interaction:
    1. Engage with customers in a positive and courteous manner.
    2. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or special requests professionally.
    3. Monitor the serving area to ensure a clean and organized environment.
  5. Team Collaboration:
    1. Collaborate with kitchen and cashier staff to maintain smooth operations.
    2. Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  6. Compliance and Hygiene:
    1. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
    2. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    3. Report any issues related to food quality, cleanliness, or customer satisfaction.
  7. Shift Management:
    1. Manage customer flow during peak hours to ensure efficient service.
    2. Collaborate with other team members to address customer needs promptly.
  8. Training and Development:
    1. Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
    2. Stay informed about new menu items, promotions, and any changes in procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or server role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure during peak hours.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the menu and the ability to memorize and communicate menu details.
  • Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • References are mandatory. Two (2) Character references and two (2) professional references
