Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Fulfil customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with menu selections, special promotions, and customization options.
- Order Delivery:
- Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food orders to customers.
- Verify order accuracy and address any discrepancies or special requests.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and cashier to coordinate order fulfilment.
- Upselling:
- Suggest additional items, promotions, or upgrades to enhance the customer's experience.
- Familiarize yourself with the menu to make relevant recommendations.
- Customer Interaction:
- Engage with customers in a positive and courteous manner.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or special requests professionally.
- Monitor the serving area to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with kitchen and cashier staff to maintain smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Compliance and Hygiene:
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Report any issues related to food quality, cleanliness, or customer satisfaction.
- Shift Management:
- Manage customer flow during peak hours to ensure efficient service.
- Collaborate with other team members to address customer needs promptly.
- Training and Development:
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Stay informed about new menu items, promotions, and any changes in procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or server role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure during peak hours.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the menu and the ability to memorize and communicate menu details.
- Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
