- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer queries.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front office environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3 - 5 years experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
