Position : Admin / Operations & Management

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Excellence: Ensure the smooth functioning of office operations by managing administrative tasks, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
  2. Team Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to streamline communication and coordination, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
  3. Process Improvement: Identify and implement operational enhancements to boost productivity and efficiency across the organization, maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.
  4. Facility Management: Supervise office facilities, ensuring a safe and conducive working environment for all employees.
  5. Project Support: Provide support for various projects, including planning, execution, and follow-up to meet organizational goals.
  6. Budget Oversight: Assist in budget planning and control, monitoring expenses related to administration and operations.
  7. Compliance: Stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure organizational compliance with applicable laws and standards.

Qualifications & Requirmenets

  • 3- 5 years experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administration and operations management.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
