Position : Quality Assurance Executives / Managers
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Executive/Manager to join our clients organisation . The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of product and service quality across their organization.
The Quality Assurance Executive/Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular quality audits to assess adherence to established standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality considerations are integrated into all processes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on quality performance and key metrics.
Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Provide training to employees on quality standards and procedures.
- Work with teams to enhance their understanding of quality expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Quality Management, Engineering or equal qulaification from a recognized institute).
- Proven experience in quality assurance, with a focus on process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
