The Role

As a Performance Marketer, you'll play a vital role in crafting and executing high-impact marketing campaigns that achieve our clients' business objectives. You'll be a master of multiple channels, leveraging your expertise to optimize campaigns, analyze performance, and deliver actionable insights that fuel growth.

What You'll Do:

• Campaign Strategist: Develop and implement innovative performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display, and affiliate marketing channels.
• Optimization Champion: Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing and data-driven analysis, ensuring maximum return on ad spend (ROAS) and client satisfaction.
• Data Detective: Utilize advanced analytics tools to glean insights from campaign data, analyze customer behavior, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Insights Guru: Turn data insights into actionable recommendations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate best practices into every campaign aspect.
• Growth Partner: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure campaigns align with their business goals.

Who We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (a plus, but strong experience can substitute).
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success in customer acquisition and revenue growth campaigns.
• A data analysis rockstar with proficiency in industry-standard analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Experience managing and optimizing campaigns across various digital channels (paid search, paid social, display, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
