We are seeking experienced and professional Wait Staff to provide exceptional service by serving meals and drinks to our valued EXECUTIVE patrons at our Executive Lounge and Bar. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention and enhance our establishment’s reputation through your excellent customer service skills.

Position Overview:

As a Wait Staff member, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders accurately, delivering orders promptly and efficiently, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns. You will also collaborate with the kitchen staff and management team to ensure smooth operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.

To succeed in this role, you should have a friendly and outgoing demeanour, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Prior experience in a similar position and knowledge of food safety regulations are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
• Provide detailed information on menu items, specials, and beverages.
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
• Anticipate guests' needs and accommodate special requests when possible.
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set before seating guests.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth dining experience.

Qualifications:

At least a Senior High School Certificate holder and the ability to speak and write English language.

In addition, the ideal candidate must possess any of the below;

At least 6 months experience in a similar position at a similar establishment.

OR

Any hospitality certificate obtained within the last 5 years.
