Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination & Leadership: Assist in leading consultancy projects by coordinating activities across various teams and ensuring that project goals are met within established timelines.
• Client Interaction: Support senior consultants in client interactions by helping to gather and analyze client requirements and translating them into actionable consultancy strategies.
• Business Process Improvement: Conduct business process assessments to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements that align with client objectives.
• Documentation & Reporting: Develop detailed documentation, including project plans, process flows, and progress reports, to ensure transparency and alignment with client expectations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to capture business requirements and align expectations with project outcomes.
• Mentorship & Development: Provide mentorship to junior consultants, helping them to develop their skills and understanding of business consultancy practices.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform consultancy strategies and provide clients with data-driven insights.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An advanced degree or certifications in project management or business analysis is a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in business consultancy or a related field, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Project Management: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with experience in coordinating and leading projects.
• Client Focus: Ability to work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored consultancy services.
