About the role

As a MuleSoft Solution Architect, you will be instrumental in designing and leading the implementation of scalable, secure, and robust MuleSoft-based solutions for our clients. This role requires a profound understanding of API-led connectivity, enterprise integration patterns, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Architecture:
   1. Design and architect scalable and maintainable MuleSoft solutions aligned with business needs and IT strategy.
   2. Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and standards for MuleSoft implementations.
2. Strategic Planning:
   1. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to develop an integration strategy using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform.
   2. Advise on the adoption of API-led connectivity and its impact on the organization's digital transformation.
3. Leadership and Collaboration:
   1. Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of MuleSoft solutions.
   2. Mentor and guide developers and junior architects in MuleSoft best practices.
4. Technical Expertise and Innovation:
   1. Stay abreast of the latest developments in MuleSoft and related technologies.
   2. Innovate and propose integration solutions that enhance business performance and agility.
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
   1. Communicate complex technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
   2. Ensure that the solutions meet business goals and user requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with at least over 1 year in an architect role focusing on MuleSoft or similar integration technologies.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Mule ESB, and API Management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, SOA, and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in designing and managing API specifications using RAML or OpenAPI.
• Solid understanding of security standards and protocols relevant to API development.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale integration projects.

Preferred Skills:

• MuleSoft Certified Architect certification.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
