Job Description:

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Starlia Digital Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual aspects of our clients' digital marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and produce a wide range of digital assets, including website graphics, social media content, email marketing templates, and online advertisements.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and contribute creative ideas for campaign strategies.
3. Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms, maintaining high standards for design and visual storytelling.
4. Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to elevate their skills and design quality.
5. Stay abreast of the latest trends in graphic design and digital marketing, integrating innovative techniques and tools into your work.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a marketing agency.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital design work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
