We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue career in Production Supervisor. Planning, organizing, leading, and controlling organizational resources to achieve given targets, meeting the deadlines at accepted quality standards

Candidate should pass GCE A/L with Diploma in production Management or equal qualification with minimum 5 years’ experience in similar capacity.

• Overseeing the production process, based on given plans/ targets.

• Working out the carder requirements and resources according to the plan on regular basis.

• Improve production efficiency regular basis.

• Maintaining MO Absenteeism below 4% (daily).

• Maintains MO turnover below 4% per month.

• Ensuring each sewing line achieves learning curves & STD hours.
