we're looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Assistant Manager in Security, Fire Safety & Transport with one of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Security Management:

• Provides a safe, secure environment for Patients, Visitors, and Employees, ensuring compliance with local safety regulations and emergency procedures.
• Supports and enforces policies for the physical protection of property and assets.
• Coordinates and supervises the outsourced security function, including fire and safety.
• Conducts independent and professional investigations.

Transport Management:

• Formulates and implements a vehicle parking and effective traffic control plan.
• Manages company vehicles efficiently, ensuring cost control.
• Conducts repairs/periodic maintenance of company vehicles.
• Systemizes vehicle allocation and coordinates with all departments.
• Performs regular checks on rented vehicles for satisfactory service.

Fire & Safety Management:

• Reviews, develops, and implements an overall fire and security plan with management consent.
• Coordinates and implements training programs for Security and Operations personnel.
• Carries out contingency planning for the hospital and conducts periodic reviews.
• Liaises with external agencies such as security forces, police, ministry of defense/disaster management, and fire brigade.

Key Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in a related field (security management, fire safety, transportation management, etc.).
• 05 years' experience in a similar capacity, with a strong track record of success.
• Professional qualifications in NIOSH/ Disaster Management will be an added advantage.
• Be a champion of Security and safety Operations and have a natural passion to drive exceptional safety measures for the Hospital Group and its operations.
• Possess hands-on experience in the security arena in a similar capacity with an attitude to deliver with exceptional knowledge on latest trends in security measures.
• Must have good oral, written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills sufficient to document investigative activities.
