Requirements
- A minimum of two (2) years of Sales experience is required for this position. Having a degree in logistics or a relevant sector can be an advantage.
- Business Development Executives are often expected to take the initiative and proactively identify new business opportunities. A self-driven and motivated individual is often preferred.
- Relevant sales knowledge is essential for the job, including a sound understanding of import, export, and transshipment procedures.
Responsibilities
- Negotiating terms and conditions with clients and closing deals to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
- Setting and achieving sales targets and goals within specified timeframes.
- Developing and implementing strategies to expand the company’s market presence and reach new customer segments.
- Actively pursuing and acquiring new clients or customers for the company's services.
