Requirements
- A minimum of three (3) years of business-to-business (B2B) Sales experience is required for this position. Having a degree in logistics or a relevant sector can be an advantage.
- The individual is a self-motivated, result-oriented, and ambitious individual, fluent in English, and has strong communication and presentation skills.
- Relevant sales knowledge is essential for the job, including a sound understanding of import, export, and transshipment procedures.
Responsibilities
- Develop business plans and sales strategies for the company that ensures the attainment of company sales targets and profitability.
- The individual is responsible for overseeing the performance and development of the sales team and preparing action plans for effective lead and prospect searches.
- Building the Sales team to enhance communication, and improve overall sales and performance.
