We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team. As a Cold Caller, you will play a key role in generating leads, identifying potential clients, and establishing initial contact. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cold calling within the real estate industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients within the real estate market. Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation.

2. Database Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM system. Regularly update and organize the lead database for efficient follow-up.

3. Appointment Setting:Schedule appointments for real estate agents or relevant team members with qualified leads. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to conversion.

4. Market Research:Stay informed about current real estate market trends, property values, and competitive offerings. Provide feedback to the team regarding market insights and customer preferences.

5. Communication Skills:Effectively communicate the value proposition of our real estate services to potential clients. Handle objections and address concerns to encourage continued interest in our offerings.

6. Collaboration:Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts. Provide regular updates on lead conversion and progress to the team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate cold calling and lead generation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
