The Paid Ads Specialist is responsible for developing and managing paid advertising campaigns for our company. This includes planning, creating, and optimizing campaigns across a variety of platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The Paid Ads Specialist will also work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive traffic and conversions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies
- Co-ordinate to write compelling ad copy and visuals
- Target ads to the right people at the right time
- Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as needed
- Report on campaign performance
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in paid advertising
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in paid advertising
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience with other paid advertising platforms is a plus
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
