About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist with 3 years of experience in optimizing websites, improving search visibility, and driving organic growth. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and on-page SEO skills, a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, and experience working with diverse clients in an agency or in-house environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings.
• Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, internal linking, and site architecture.
• Work on technical SEO improvements, including crawlability, indexing, site speed, and mobile optimization.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to develop SEO-friendly content strategies.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Support link-building initiatives and digital PR efforts.
• Provide recommendations to improve UX, conversions, and overall website performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience in an agency or in-house role.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Experience in content strategy and keyword-driven content planning is a plus.
