Your Role:

• 🌐 Develop, document, and maintain processes in alignment with international ISO standards and data privacy regulations.
• 👁‍🗨 Oversee quality management systems (QMS) and legal compliance, including software EULAs, customer contracts, data privacy policies, and intellectual property management.
• 📝 Assist in designing and overseeing the company's intellectual property management strategies.
• 🌍 Manage and maintain international product insurance requirements, ensuring compliance with global standards.
• 🖥️ Implement and maintain technology systems to support operational processes, focusing on compliance, data privacy, and intellectual property.
• 🔍 Conduct audits and oversee internal processes to ensure compliance with legal, quality, data privacy standards, and intellectual property management.
• 🔄 Interface across departments, including software, engineering, and operations, to ensure cohesive compliance practices.
• 🤝 Collaborate across teams to integrate compliance measures into daily operations.
• ⚠️ Assist in identifying and managing operational risks.
• 🔄 Experience with agile project management methodologies and tools like JIRA is desirable.
• 📑 Knowledge in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) is a significant advantage.
• 📊 Report directly to the Compliance and Operations Lead, providing insights and updates on compliance status and initiatives.

Your Profile:

• 🎓 Background in legal (commercial), operations, and compliance, or related field.
• 🌐 Minimum of 2 years in a compliance role.
• 🔍 Experience in data privacy compliance management, risk management, and intellectual property management.
• 🚀Agile project management experience, familiarity with tools such as JIRA (desirable).
• 📚 Understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) is a plus.
• 🧠 Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• 🌟 Expertise in managing data privacy compliance and intellectual property issues.
• 🚀 Eager to contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation.
• 🔐 Familiarity with compliance management, risk assessment tools, and contract management.
• 💼 Proven ability to uphold legal, quality, data privacy compliance standards, and manage intellectual property.
• 🕵️‍♂️ Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for compliance, risk, and intellectual property management.
