Job in brief: Sales Engineer is a primary interface between customers and company and will sell products/services to new prospects and established clients by developing solutions as per their needs, developing quotation packages promotion schemes, offers ,track the progress and close deals . He will ensure on-time delivery to the satisfaction of the customer orders.

welding products like welding machines (manual and robotic) which provide highest weld quality and give cost

efficiencies. It also provides industrial lifting solutions starting from lifting accessories to EOT cranes

and electric hoists.

Role: Sales Engineer to sell premium lifting products to B2B customers.

Employment type: Full Time-on Roll

Job Location : based at Pune with assigned territory of Maharashtra State

Experience Range: 2 to 3 years in selling capital /process equipment to OEM clients from manufacturing / automotive/power / construction equipment sectors

Educational Qualification: B.E / Diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of technical products and conceptual skills

• General awareness of the relevant industry segment, market share, analysis of competitors’ products, dealer and distributor network in in Pune and Maharashtra

• Strong customer communication and selling skills, negotiation and presentation skills in English. Ability to speak fluently in Hindi and Marathi (optional)

• Proficiency in MSO and internet search.

• Self-starter, highly motivated and driven to close and generate orders

Major responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads from assigned territory and customers, send quotations, follow up, negotiate , generate orders and hit the targets within given timelines

• Conduct trials and demo to prove product performance and benefits to customer

• Provide technical and after sales support, recommend lifting solutions based on customer requirements

• Manage and grow relationships with dealers and key accounts

• Complete Understanding of strengths and weakness of company products and is able to articulate and sell the value proposition to customers .

• Explore good prospects ,generate leads through online and off line marketing strategies including social media marketing

• Communicating and Prompt follow up on service requests and providing customer feedback.

• Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
