Requirements:

• 5 years’ of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience

• Strong Salesforce product knowledge

• Certified Salesforce Administrator (preferred)

• Experience in managing a Salesforce organization with 50+ users

• Project Management Skills

• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical needs

Salesforce customization through logic configuration

Excellent knowledge of automation building using Flow Builder

Experience with data management and data quality best practices

• Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
