We are seeking a talented in-house social media and executive to support the eCommerce department head in developing and executing effective social media strategies for our brand. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing social media campaigns across various platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum academic qualifications: GCE O/Ls and A/Ls
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Must be willing to work from Borelasgamuwa and willing to travel to different locations as per the requirement
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Creative mindset and ability to develop engaging content
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
• Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns is a plus
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Canva will be an added advantage
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to the company's sales channels
• Create, curate and publish social media content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels
• Consistently publish social media content on a daily basis
• Monitor and respond to all social media comments, inquiries, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including creating ad content, targeting, and monitoring performance
• Collaborate with other teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure consistency and alignment across all communication channels
