Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the sales team in their day-to-day operations.
 - Conducting market research to identify potential leads and customers.
 - Engaging in customer interaction to promote products or services.
 - Learning and applying sales techniques and strategies.
 - Handling administrative tasks related to sales, such as maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and managing customer data.
 - Participating in sales meetings and contributing ideas.
 - Assisting in the organization and execution of sales events or campaigns.
 - Outreach for outbound leads
 
Educational Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Or graduated.
 
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
 - Proficiency in CRM software.
 - Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
 - Analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

Duration and Work Hours:
- Full time – 8 Hours a day in the office, flexible hours. (Work starts after 10.00 AM)
 - Part-time – Two days per week in the office.

Compensation and Benefits:
- LKR 45,000-65,000 allowance
 - The company provides lunch & dinner.
 - Sales commission (<250,000)
