Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales? We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team at Upword. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events.

  2. Sales Presentations:Conduct compelling and effective sales presentations to showcase our services, emphasizing the value proposition and addressing client needs.

  3. Negotiation and Closing:Engage in effective negotiation to close deals and secure contracts. Ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached.

  4. Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve any issues to ensure client satisfaction.

  5. Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in customer preferences. Use market insights to adjust sales strategies.

  6. Goal Achievement:Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company. Set personal and team goals to drive performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
