Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic IT Planning:Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with the overall business objectives. Collaborate with senior management to understand business needs and provide technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  2. System Management:Oversee the administration and maintenance of the company's ERP system. Manage and optimize internal networks, ensuring seamless communication and connectivity across all departments. Supervise the infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
  3. IT Security:Implement and enforce robust security measures to safeguard the company's data and information assets. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  4. Team Leadership:Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment within the IT department. Ensure the team's adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  5. Budget Management:Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation. Identify opportunities for cost savings and optimization of IT expenditures.
  6. Vendor Management:Collaborate with external vendors to procure necessary IT hardware, software, and services. Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure the best value for the company.
  7. Compliance:Ensure IT systems and processes comply with relevant regulations and standards. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  8. User Support:Oversee the IT help desk to provide timely support to end-users. Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably within a BPO or similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, network management, and IT security.
  • Experience in leading and managing a diverse IT team.
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
