• Collaborate with clients, executives, and developers to shape project visions.
• Lead project teams through planning, execution, and delivery phases.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, meeting deadlines and adhering to budgets.
• Implement testing and troubleshooting, quality assurance and maintaining high product standards.
• Serve as a liaison for effective communication, updating stakeholders on changes and milestones.
• Oversee the delivery of polished software products, conducting regular performance checks.

🎓 Your Profile:

• A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in managing software-based projects.
• Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
• Good leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
