Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and implement effective administration policies, procedures and review and update the procedures need and timely basis.

• Oversee the management functions and interior maintenances.

• Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.

• Conduct forecast and evaluate operations and maintenance needs; equipment replacement requirements; outsourced staffing requirements; and effectiveness of programs, equipment, and procedures.

Key Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in an Administration role and minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity.

• Bachelors degree in Business Management / Public Administration or related discipline and Post Graduate qualification would be an added advantage. Thorough in Laws, regulations, and standards associated with health and safety, Mechanical, Electrical layout planning and outsourced contract development.

• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
