Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for administrative and risk management of financial operations of the company, and to development of finical strategies policies and adequate control structure in place over the financial activities of the company
• Responsible for Financial Reporting, planning, analyzing, forecasting & engaging in cost reduction analysis, review fund management activities, budgeting and financial analysis and performance of the company Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial policies while meeting statutory obligations. This includes managing payments and timely submissions for Income Tax, WHT, Stamp Duty, FSV, NBT, VAT, Crop Insurance Levy, PAYE, Dividend Tax, and SVAT
• Conduct reviews of financial compliance reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Oversee the finance departments functions and responsibilities related to branch operations

Key Requirements:

• Over 10 years of experience in Financing with minimum 05 years of experience in managerial capacity at a Bank or a Finance Company
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting / Finance & Membership in a recognized accounting body or any equivalent professional qualification
• Solid understanding of business operations, risk based auditing, regulatory / compliance requirements & Strong Business acumen
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Proven people management and leadership skills
