Job Description The Sales Executive at Hyped Holidays will play a key role in driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the travel and tourism market.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Provide detailed reports on sales activities, results, and forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in additional languages such as Tamil and Sinhalese is advantageous.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Experience in the travel industry is highly desirable.
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • High school degree; BS/BA in business administration or a related field would be a plus.
