Job Description As a Travel Consultant at Hyped Holidays, you will be responsible for providing expert travel advice and creating unforgettable travel experiences for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the travel industry and the ability to handle diverse travel inquiries, including Umrah pilgrimages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and sell travel itineraries tailored to client requirements.
• Handle inquiries related to Umrah, including advising on travel requirements and arrangements.
• Book hotels, trains, car hires, and assist with visa advising using Amadeus booking system.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the travel booking process.
• Be flexible to work out of regular office hours when necessary to meet client needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry.
• Proficiency in English Speaking, Writing & Reading) is mandatory.
• Fluency in Tamil and Sinhalese languages.
• Expertise in using the Amadeus booking system.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexibly, including outside of standard office hours when required.
