Job Description As a Travel Consultant at Hyped Holidays, you will be responsible for providing expert travel advice and creating unforgettable travel experiences for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the travel industry and the ability to handle diverse travel inquiries, including Umrah pilgrimages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and sell travel itineraries tailored to client requirements.
- Handle inquiries related to Umrah, including advising on travel requirements and arrangements.
- Book hotels, trains, car hires, and assist with visa advising using Amadeus booking system.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the travel booking process.
- Be flexible to work out of regular office hours when necessary to meet client needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry.
- Proficiency in English Speaking, Writing & Reading) is mandatory.
- Fluency in Tamil and Sinhalese languages.
- Expertise in using the Amadeus booking system.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexibly, including outside of standard office hours when required.
