Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
• Handling NDAs, LODs, supplier agreements, customer agreements, leases, and bank contracts.
• Staying updated on legislation, regulations, and industry trends.
• Offering legal advice and support on medical and instrumentation industry matters. Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Attending to civil matters such as fraud and theft.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in law.
• 3-5 years' proven experience as a legal officer.
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and regulations.
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
• Presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
