We are seeking a Senior project manager to join our team !

Required Experience:

• Previous experience in Business Analysis, Systems Design, Testing and review activities highly preferred
• Prior to PM experience, previous expertise in the Insurance Financial, or Healthcare Domains. Prefered candidates who worked as a Business or Technical Consultant before
• Must have experience managing multiple projects at the same time
• Must have experience working with foreign clients
• Must have experience working in an Agile software development environment
• Experienced in negotiating with clients and management
• Experienced in Enterprise application development
• Result-oriented and strong people management skills
• Prior experience of managing multiple development teams of 6-12 people

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager / Technical Project manager
• PMP, ACP or CSM certifications
• Leadership and communication
• BSc, MSc in relevant field
