Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Project Coordinator to support the CEO of the company in managing various projects and functions.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent coordination skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing multitasking projects.
- You will be proactive, and detail-oriented, and have the ability to collaborate effectively with all departments, levels, and regions.
- Previous experience in project management, personal assistance, and administration roles is highly desirable, along with exposure to working overseas.
- The position requires exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills for creating presentations and managing project-related data.
Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless coordination of projects.
- Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects in a timely manner.
- Maintain project schedules, track progress, and report updates to the CEO.
Multitasking and Proactive Thinking:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Anticipate potential challenges and proactively address them.
Presentation and Excel Skills:
- Develop and deliver compelling PowerPoint presentations for the Chairman.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage project-related data and reports.
Administration and Personal Assistance:
- Provide administrative support to the Chairman as needed.
Communication Skills:
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Draft and edit various documents, reports, and presentations for the Chairman.
- Facilitate communication between departments, levels, and regions.
Pre - requisites Qualifications:
- A degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or Secretarial a related field is an added qualification
- Previous experience in project management, personal assistance, or administration.
- Experience in roles such as Business Coordination, Sales Coordination, and Account Management is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
