Job Summary
As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Rooster Technology you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological vision and strategy of the organization. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our HRIS, ATS & Job Board platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive innovation, scalability, and efficiency in our technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Technology Strategy and Vision:Develop and communicate the company's technology strategy aligned with business goals. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations for technological advancements.
- Product Development:Lead and manage the software development life cycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of HRIS and ATS products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, feature sets, and release schedules.
- Architecture and Infrastructure:Define and implement robust, scalable, and secure architecture for HRIS and ATS systems. Oversee the management of cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Team Leadership:Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop technical talent, ensuring skill development and growth within the team.
- Quality Assurance:Establish and enforce quality standards for software development, including testing methodologies and code review processes. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards.
- Collaboration:Collaborate with other executive leaders to align technology initiatives with overall business strategy. Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights for product improvement.
- Budget Management:Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role.
- Strong background in software development.
- Past experience with working on an HRIS or ATS system will be a plus.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire technical teams.
- In-depth knowledge of current and emerging technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
