Responsibilities:
- Successfully lead the sales team to meet company goals and targets.
- Establish individual sales objectives for team members.
- Monitor sales objectives, report outcomes when necessary, and supervise the sales team's activities and performance.
- Enhance the skills of your sales team through training, motivation, guidance, and product knowledge education.
- Identify, prioritize, and acquire merchants in alignment with company objectives.
Engage with potential merchants to comprehend their business operations, concerns, and requirements, and then present/demonstrate products.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience as Manager with a demonstrable track record of success throughout the sales cycle, from planning to closing.
- Experience in sales management, organizational skills, and leadership qualities are advantageous.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for achieving targets and collaborating effectively with partners and colleagues at all levels.
- A self-driven approach is necessary for independently conducting canvassing initiatives within your region.
- An adaptable personality is crucial for thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing a demanding workload effectively.
- Previous experience in a startup or tech company is highly preferred.
