Responsibilities:
- Merchandising Strategy
- Merchandising Check & Management
- Campaign Participation/Submission
- Seek opportunities when discussing with platform providers both directly and indirectly - maintaining relationship as well
- Competitive intelligence (excluding price competitivess)
- Building Strategic Initiatives for H1 & H2 and do proper tracking in locking exposures ahead
- Lead communication with the platform [weekly meeting, monthly meeting, or campaign and/or strategy meeting)
- Build up data for the reporting and analysis plus insight and action plan both for internal needed and external needed
- Understand to see the bigger picture of SIS and store needed for the SKU and promotions highlight during mega campaign as well as with the maximizing in seller center tools
- Understand about the seller center tools to arrange the effectiveness of the promotions on the SIS
- Understand about the product, related with the promotions and product focus and highligth promotions as well. As well as with the stock for the promotions.
- Take a lead to updating on the sales and commercial part, to describe current status vs target. Aas well with the campaign plan and strategy to catch up the monthly sales
- Briefing content and GD team about the promotional plans SKU focus, promotion highlights, and period As well as with the commercial wordings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in key account management.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as GSuite.
- The ability to build rapport with key clients.
- The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
