KOL Specialist

  • Constantly research and profile potential KOLs or celebrities across multiple digital platforms that aligns with the brand's purpose and strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze KOL activities: Engagement metrics, and feedback to measure the effectiveness of KOL initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a KOL database : Contact information, preferences, personal events and interaction history for effective relationship management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage and build relationships with identified KOLs through various channels such as social media, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Provide KOLs with relevant information, resources, and support to enhance their advocacy and endorsement of the brand or products.
  • Plan and develop PR & KOL Marketing strategies for Brand for new product launches, offline events, campaigns etc
  • Plan & develop offline or PR events.
  • Manage communications and build relationships with media, KOL, and third party agencies.
  • Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to leverage KOL insights and feedback in shaping strategic initiatives and product enhancements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interactions between KOLs and internal stakeholders, including organizing meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features, benefits, and positioning to effectively communicate with KOLs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and advocate for the organization within the KOL community, representing its values, mission, and objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging influencers to continuously refine KOL engagement strategies.


  • Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience managing KOL/influencers/buzzer/communities.
  • Having good and extensive networking with KOL/influencers/buzzer/communities.
  • Able to measure social media engagement.
  • Savvy with current trends in social media and digital marketing.
  • Creative and passionate in Digital Marketing.
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Great time management skills and attention to detail
  • Team player and love to interact with people.
