What’s Code94 Labs? Code94 Labs is a newly established, up-and-coming digital agency operating fully remotely. We cater to a wide clientele from different countries around the world, mainly based in Sri Lanka. We are a set of young individuals, therefore our working environment will be pretty flexible.

Whom we’re looking for? We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team at Code94 Labs. If you have a passion for leading teams, managing projects, and delivering high-quality results, we want to hear from you! This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and flexible environment with a team of passionate individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
• Define project objectives, scope, and requirements, and develop detailed project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate project activities, assign tasks to team members, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Effectively communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize impact on project deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate team meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and retrospectives, to drive collaboration and alignment.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field.
• Experience in working with enterprise scale projects.
• The flexibility to participate in work meetings during different time zones.
• Proven experience managing software development projects, preferably in a remote environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to project management.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello is a plus.
• If done a dual role , it would be an added qualification.

Other Skills:

• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
