Our prestigious client, one of the World's leading Construction Consulting firms in Saudi Arabia, is looking for experienced "Senior Land Surveyor" to join their team immediately.

#Salary: Negotiable

#Duties & Responsibilities :

• Lead surveying activities to map land features for construction projects.
• Conduct initial surveys and environmental impact assessments to assess project feasibility.
• Utilize surveying instruments and GPS for precise geospatial measurements.
• Review and interpret data to analyze site features and assess environmental impacts.
• Monitor land movement and subsidence throughout construction projects.
• Draft 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software and cartographic techniques.
• Coordinate with Discipline Engineers to ensure project alignment and compliance.
• Manage surveying teams, assigning tasks and overseeing their work.
• Liaise with authorities and regulatory bodies as needed for project approvals.
• Record and supervise all activities carried out by contractors on-site.

# Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Surveying or Equivalent.
• Minimum 14 years of experience in construction supervision.

# Terms & Conditions

• Work Hours: 6 days a week.
• 02-Year renewable contract.
