Position Overview:We are seeking a visionary Product Manager to spearhead the development of our new digital products. This role sits at the nexus of IT and marketing, requiring a blend of technical acumen, market insight, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding products from conception to launch, aligning product strategies with business goals, and ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of user satisfaction and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, working closely with stakeholders across the organization including IT, marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and engineers to define product requirements and ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams through product development cycles, from ideation to launch, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow.
• Analyze product performance metrics and use insights to refine product features and strategies.
• Serve as the main point of contact for product-related queries, both internally and externally.
• Prioritize product features based on business impact and customer value.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong technical background with an understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, comfortable with making decisions based on metrics and user feedback.
