Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in designing the next generation of digital products across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of user experience principles to create designs that are both visually compelling and functionally effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to gather insights for design improvements.

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

• Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces, keeping current with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.

• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work and design process.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision).

• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

• Up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex design concepts clearly and persuasively.
