One of our prestigious clients’ who are a leading Packaging and Solutions Company is looking for talented and seasoned “International Sales & Marketing Manager” to join our innovative team!

#SALARY: LKR 250,000 to 300,000 (Negotiable)

#ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Formulate comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate and expand markets globally.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive international growth.
• Implement sales plans aligning with the company's overall objectives.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of global market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless alignment of sales and marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Provide input on product development and marketing strategies based on international market requirements.
• Develop and manage budgets for international sales and marketing activities.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required to meet clients, attend industry events, and build a strong global presence.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for senior management.

#QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• A degree or professional marketing qualification. (CIM/SLIM or MBA would be an added advantage.)
• 3-5 years of experience in international sales and marketing roles.
• Proven track record of success in driving sales growth on a global scale.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
