Inside Sales Manager (CX)

  1. Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  3. Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to inside sales representatives to enhance their sales skills and performance.
  4. Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
  6. Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects to drive sales opportunities and maximize revenue.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  9. Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and forecast future sales.


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in inside sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  3. Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, with experience selling CX or CXaaS solutions preferred.
  4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  5. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  6. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  8. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales success and exceeding targets.
  9. Proficiency in CRM software
