Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to inside sales representatives to enhance their sales skills and performance.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects to drive sales opportunities and maximize revenue.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and forecast future sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, with experience selling CX or CXaaS solutions preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales success and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software
