Role (Overview of the Position): The Sales/Outreach Specialist is responsible for the process of Sales. He or she is expected to find Churches in the United States and call them to set up an appointment with the Pastor or other applicable role as well as lead those appointments to bring more sales to our company. There is a base salary, but there's also a commission on every sale. Right now, the job is purely sales, but it will likely turn into a part-Sales part-Marketing position, as our goal is not to have one Sales department and one Marketing department but an Outreach department that does both the Sales and the Marketing for our business.

Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role):

• Finding Churches online
• Calling and setting up appointments
• Leading/closing those appointments by Zoom or by phone (online phone number will be provided)

Requirements (Expected Proficiencies):

• A good command of English
• Good phone etiquette
• A desire to help Evangelical Churches
• Professional presenting skills
• Proficient at using the computer (especially tools like Zoom and CRMs)
• Have a laptop or computer and Internet access and headphones with a microphone
• Working hours: 14:00-22:00 (Romanian time)
