You’d be a great fit if,

  • You have experience in supporting an IT Technical Product/System for at least 3 years.
  • You have experience in interacting with customers.
  • You have fluent verbal skills and excellent written skills in English.
  • You are a quick learner in order to catch up with our specialized trainings.
  • You have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • You are prepared to handle complaints with grace and a friendly attitude.

  • Last but not least, you enjoy helping others and solving tough problems.

The Role

  • Be the primary point of contact between us and our customers from all over the world.
  • Respond via email and chat to customers' requests, offering technical and non-technical support.
  • Present comprehensive information regarding our product.
  • Act as an advocate for customers internally with other teams.
  • Support projects that improve support-related processes.
  • Update our extensive knowledge base with new guides, articles and support content.
