You’d be a great fit if,
- You have experience in supporting an IT Technical Product/System for at least 3 years.
- You have experience in interacting with customers.
- You have fluent verbal skills and excellent written skills in English.
- You are a quick learner in order to catch up with our specialized trainings.
- You have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- You are prepared to handle complaints with grace and a friendly attitude.

- Last but not least, you enjoy helping others and solving tough problems.
The Role
- Be the primary point of contact between us and our customers from all over the world.
- Respond via email and chat to customers' requests, offering technical and non-technical support.
- Present comprehensive information regarding our product.
- Act as an advocate for customers internally with other teams.
- Support projects that improve support-related processes.
- Update our extensive knowledge base with new guides, articles and support content.
