The purpose of this role is to improve the group's overall service standards and liase with different stakeholders in different natures such as through hotline ( Inbound and Outbound), E-mail, social media etc.
Handling inbound and outbound calls effectively.
Understand and resolve customer complaints.
Provide service related information & solutions for customers and key stakeholders where necessary.
Able to speak in English is mandotory.
