Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat
  • Prepare and send quotations for PPE products
  • Assist with tender applications and basic documentation
  • Keep clear and accurate records of communications and quotes
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Good attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic computer literacy (email, document editing, data entry)
  • Clear communication and organizational skills
