‘Manager – Digital Marketing’ as a team leader is responsible for planning, managing, streamlining and executing operations of a team of digital marketers to achieve the KPIs set by the company for our partners. In addition, the Manager will be responsible to oversee key brands while supporting the team to achieve their individual goals.
Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing growth strategies to achieve overall agency’s objectives.
• Supervising the quality of digital marketing communications solutions within the team to ensure they are in line with client requirements.
• Keeping track of the latest trends and advances in technologies and understanding the progress in marketing technologies such as digital marketing, with the aim of offering innovative and creative solutions to clients.
• Oversee and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide required support such as planning and resource allocation to the Business Development team and the brand servicing team to achieve the company’s financial goals.
• Ensure monthly brand reviews are conducted.
Qualifications
• Proven team management experience.
• Knowledge in digital strategy, social platforms, paid media platforms, best practices and analytic tools.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• Sound analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
