About the role:

As Mediaqart grows at a rapid pace, it’s an exciting time to join the team and be a part of the Mediaqart story. As Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic direction & execution of the company’s overarching social media/content strategy to build social plans, manage campaigns and work on strategic projects to improve and innovate on our marketing efforts. In this role, you will work with cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, Product, Operations, and Sales to drive growth and engagement amongst our audiences. The right person will be comfortable in an ownership environment, thrives in a high-demanding start-up culture, and is constantly seeking ways to innovate in the digital space.

About you & what you’ll to do:

• Develop & execute social media content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets. Leveraging this content, elevate the brand’s presence across all social media channels.
• Oversee the creation of resources to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, etc.).
• Weave the company’s comms architecture across platforms to drive brand awareness and shape the product’s narrative.
• Blog on an ongoing basis in support of your other projects and to attract site visitors through search, social, and our email subscribers.
• Grow our subscriber base by providing them regular, helpful content that’s in-tune with their needs.
• Collaborate with designers, product, marketing, sales, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of our users.
• Mapping out full user journey content curriculum in detail and prioritize delivery of video content based on that analysis
• Development and management of editorial calendars for video content. Creation of creative briefs to outline needs of each video.
• Development and execution of an aggressive publishing plan for various types of content

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years of combined product and strategic social media marketing experience delivering highly successful client acquisition and engagement strategies, with a focus on B2B marketing.
• Track record of demonstrable business results through testing and deploying effective marketing campaigns across different channels- organic & paid media.
• To be a Master storyteller: Craft a compelling narrative across different channels - you know how to match the message to the medium.
• Ability to move fast, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic startup environment where you derive priorities, requirements, and goals from company context
• Strong interpersonal skills: experience collaborating successfully with diverse cross-functional teams
