Leading Digital Transformation Tech Company located in Colombo looking for a dynamic individual to join as Service Desk Engineer.

Designation: Service Desk Engineer

Location: Colombo

Key Requirements

  • Certification in IT/ Diploma or equivalent Qualification.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Proficiency in Personal Computer Including Hardware Maintenance as necessary.

  • Knowledge in network topology, protocols and connectivity.

  • Proficiency in MICROSOFT, WINDOWS operating systems, patch management and compliance.

  • Work with ITIL standards and prior experience in IT help desk support is an added advantage.

  • Maintaining Confidentiality.

  • Manage and maintain track of company information and assets.

  • Team working ability and organizations skills.

  • A willing attitude and flexibility.

  • Customer focused and self-motivated individual.
