Key Requirements
Certification in IT/ Diploma or equivalent Qualification.
Fluency in English.
Proficiency in Personal Computer Including Hardware Maintenance as necessary.
Knowledge in network topology, protocols and connectivity.
Proficiency in MICROSOFT, WINDOWS operating systems, patch management and compliance.
Work with ITIL standards and prior experience in IT help desk support is an added advantage.
Maintaining Confidentiality.
Manage and maintain track of company information and assets.
Team working ability and organizations skills.
A willing attitude and flexibility.
Customer focused and self-motivated individual.
