Job Overview
The vacancy given below is to provide IT 1st level helpdesk support to one of our clients. Candidate will be based at client’s premises in Colombo.
This role is to work in country’s one of the largest BPO as 1st level IT helpdesk. This involves working with client’s IT team to ensure timely resolution is given to IT tickets raised by the end users. The candidate should have good interpersonal and customer handling skill with timely feedback given to the customer.
Responsibilities
· Attend to 1st Level Helpdesk Tickets
· Coordinate with IT team members to find solutions
· Give feedback to end users in timely manner
· Coordinate with 2nd level helpdesk team for resolutions
· Coordinate with various IT vendors for support
Key Requirements
· Knowledge in Windows servers
· Knowledge in windows 10, Office 365
· Basic network troubleshooting
· Prior experience would be an added advantage
· Customer handling skills
· Good oral and written communication skills
