Role Summary
- The Lead Product Designer will be owning the design processes and mentoring the Product Designers in your team.
- You will also be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of design solutions for the problems that the product encounters, in collaboration with the Technical, Product, Data & Business stakeholders.

Reporting to: Design Manager, Product Design
Working Hours: Normally working Mon-Fri 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, 5 days a week with additional hours as required.
Skills/Qualification
- Minimum 6 years of experience in product design - working on multiple web and mobile products.
- A great understanding of Visual Design with attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to understand user pain points and drive user research and usability testing.
- Ability to design and prototype new and creative approaches to complex design problems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. You should be able to clearly articulate design decisions to the Design team as well as the leadership team.
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to define, strategise, design and ship features.
- Understanding the importance of Data & Analytics in making data driven designs.Being comfortable with numbers.
Bonus Points
- Expertise in one or more of the following product spaces: Development knowledge, Motion Graphics, Content creation and UX writing.
